Oriz provides free, browser-based online tools including document processing, image editing, text analysis, developer utilities, and more. All tools run client-side in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers unless explicitly stated (e.g., R2 file storage).
3. User Accounts
- You may create an account using Firebase authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
4. User Content
When you post comments or ratings:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a license to display it on the site
- You must not post spam, hate speech, or illegal content
- We may remove content that violates these terms
- You can delete your own comments at any time
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass rate limiting or security measures
- Scrape or crawl our services without permission
- Upload malicious files or content
- Impersonate other users or entities
6. AI Features
Our AI assistant uses third-party API providers. AI responses are generated content and should not be considered professional advice. You may use your own API keys (BYOK) for AI features. We do not store your API keys on our servers — they are kept in your browser's localStorage only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Oriz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
