2. Subscription Plans — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All subscription plans (Monthly and Annual) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

  • The 7-day period starts from the date of your first payment
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days
  • Only the most recent payment is eligible for refund
  • Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has closed
  • The guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers

3. One-Time Purchases

One-time lifetime access purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • You have not consumed more than 500 API calls using the purchased plan
  • The API key has not been shared or transferred to another party
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the eligible refund period has expired
  • Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, excessive scraping)
  • Downgrade requests (you can downgrade, but the previous payment is not refunded)
  • Temporary service interruptions or scheduled maintenance
  • Dissatisfaction with data accuracy from third-party sources
  • Failure to use the API during the subscription period

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include your registered email address and the API key associated with the purchase
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • For Razorpay payments: refund appears in 5–7 business days
  • For Paddle/Lemon Squeezy payments: refund appears in 7–10 business days
  • Upon refund, your API key will be deactivated immediately

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You retain access to your plan's features until the period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
  • Your API key remains active until the subscription period expires

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
